Prices Prices and transactions are in UK Pounds Sterling and are not subject to VAT, but prices may vary owing to exchange rate fluctuations and will be held at the rate current on placement of order.  Prices quoted exclude insured carriage at cost except where stated.

	Orders Leather saddles are individually ordered.  The buyer must ensure correct saddle fitting for horse and rider, and the seller cannot be held responsible for the buyer's errors of judgment.  Deposit 10% with order and balance due on despatch.  Until the balance owing has been paid all goods shall remain the property of WestWays Saddlery ("the seller") who shall retain full legal and beneficial ownership of the goods and may resell the goods on default of payment.
	Delivery Stock items 3-5 days or better.  Out-of-stock or bespoke items: general tack 2-3 weeks, leather saddles 6-8 weeks, synthetic saddles 10-12 weeks,  but exceptions may occur owing to circumstances beyond the seller's control.  Insured carriage charged at cost (synthetic saddles UK mainland from £7.95) which will be confirmed at time of order.  Delivery will be made to the address specified by the buyer at their risk if to a 3rd party address.
	Damage Claims for damage in transit will be accepted only if the damage is reported to the carrier on arrival and the delivery refused.  Once the delivery has been accepted by the buyer or by their nominated recipient the buyer is responsible for all risks to the goods and the seller accepts no liability for the condition or subsequent damage, loss or destruction of the goods.
	Returns Goods returned for exchange or refund must be shipped at the expense of the buyer, unused, unmarked, undamaged and protectively packaged with a copy of the invoice or receipt included.  The seller can accept no responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit, therefore the buyer should ensure that goods are shipped insured.  The seller reserves the right to refuse returns which are not in an acceptable condition or to charge for repairs.
	Refunds Goods returned (at the expense of the buyer) for refund must be received by the seller within 14 days of delivery to the buyer.  The seller shall have no liability to pay any compensation other than to refund the amount paid for the goods returned (excluding carriage charges).  Bespoke saddles will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.  Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 the buyer has the right to cancel a distance purchase for any reason without penalty within 7 days of taking delivery of the goods.
	Exchanges If your horse is still maturing and changes shape so much that after 6-12 months you need a different fitting saddle, then provided you purchased your current saddle from us and subject to its condition we will always consider a part-exchange, or offer a free display advert on our Bargains page to help you sell it.
